Tested with DualShock 4 and Switch Pro controllers, none of which rumbled even with Vibration enabled in the game's Input settings. Also tested a Switch Pro controller while running the game without Steam running and it detected the controller. Tested with a Logitech F310 in DirectInput mode when launching the game without Steam running. Trigger motors did not rumble with an Xbox One controller, only the two main controller motors rumbled.
